Malta’s sister island, Gozo, is an absolute must-see if you’re planning a holiday in Malta.
The quaint little island is full of beautiful hamlets, hidden beaches and an impressive amount of natural and historic landmarks.
But how exactly do you get there?
Cirkewwa, in the north of Malta, has a ferry terminal that offers frequent crossings of the Gozo Channel.
The journey takes less than 20 minutes and the standard fare for a round trip is only €4.65 for foot passengers or €15.70 if you bring a car (keep in mind, these fares are subject to change).
The ferry service runs around the clock from the early hours of the morning to late at night so you can be very flexible when organising your trip.
