Hello everyone,
My name is Shourya Kant Sahu and in this video, you are going to see the easiest way to put a Grip on your Badminton Racket. If you are a beginner then you can easily learn by watching the above video. In starting applying grip to a Badminton Racket is quite difficult so after 4-5 times you will be used to it.

Step 1: REMOVE the original grip Step 2: Use Teflon 20rs (m seal brand) Don't use electric tape .. that's heavy. Step 3: Apply the new grip Most important point: finally hold racket in forehand grip and make 135degree angle...see there must be a gap of 0.5cm between palm and 3rd finger... Now u r ready to go.. Hit Like.😊😊😊

Sharp end is always for top for so we donot need to fold the grip. Start from the flat end and roll up till the sharp end soo we can apply the black brand tape easily

I personally play badminton with spectacles and it hasn't caused me any trouble whatsoever. I would recommend playing with spectacles because when our eyes get set to powered lens then whenever we remove the glasses the objects around us seem slightly bigger which can cause issues sometimes.
