Remove all the fishes in another tank, Mix 1 to 2 tablespoon lemon juice with 4 to 6 tablespoon white vinegar in a bowl, and dip a scotchbrite in it and then put some salt on the scotchbrite and rub the marks with scotchbrite, it will clean the water marks easily, after cleaning wash the aquarium with water and then wipe the aquarium with a neat cloth.

Bhai, pls don't suggest RO water, fish will 100% die within day r two. because RO will not have any essential minerals required for fish. Flowerhorn requires hardy water from 100-400tds. Borewell water is best & safe.
