Hey Kenny, great video as always. My beard pattern is quite similar to yours and I've been on minoxidil for 2 months excited to see more hair growth so far I've seen a bit improvement. Will grow longer it this winter

I have an Amazon link in the description or you can also find similar brands at Walmart or CVS (usually on their website).

One more thing: What brand of .5 beard roller have you had a good experience with? I’ve read dozens of reviews on these things on Amazon and virtually every single one seems to be manufactured in China and are of poor quality, with many breaking quickly or not working properly, or not having true rounded micro needles made of titanium and of consistent length. I’ve been GOOGLING around trying to find a beard roller of dermatologist quality that is made in the USA, Canada, Europe or Australia, but haven’t found one yet. I don’t want one of the $8.00 wonders from China. I want a good quality roller that will last and give good results. I wouldn’t even mind paying $50 for one if it was durable and of very high quality.

I’ve only used one beard roller before so I don’t know how it compares to others. It seems to be a good one though. This is the one I used: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NJQS9KZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1

Hey Kenny. I just started using minoxidil a couple of weeks ago and I see the side effects of some acne and a little gained weight. What did you see for your side effects?
@kennynunez
@kennynunez Жыл бұрын
I think I had some heart palpitations but they were rare when I used minoxidil. Other people have reported the same. I think that was the only side effect I noticed

Good video, Kenny. I’ve just begun researching this topic and everything you said fits within the parameters of what has actually been shown to be effective, to one degree or another. Like you said, genetics play a huge role, so results will vary from person to person. But it is worth the effort to try and see if doing these things makes a difference. From what I’m reading, it does for many and it doesn’t for many others. It is a crap shoot - so you have to give it time. But if you do all of this stuff for a couple of years with little or no progress, then I think then you could safely conclude that you simply lost the genetics lottery and any further effort is a waste of time and money. Having said all of this, I like your videos. Your presentation is clear, concise, well articulated, and your production values are good without going over the top. In short, you do not come across like a cheap pitch man trying to sell a product or just get a lot of views for monetary gain. I like your honesty and avoiding hype or trying to be too hip. You earned a SUBSCRIBE by keeping it real and I hope to see more videos from you over time on this topic.

I really appreciate everything you said🙏🏼. I try my best to stick to facts in my videos to give people realistic expectations. I don’t want people to buy products that don’t work and are a waste of money

I’ve been off it for a few years and I don’t think I lost any of it like some people do

You're supposed to use minoxidil for about 12 months so they stay terminal. If you stop too early you'll lose all of it. At least that's often what you hear.
