I have been making youtube videos for 10 years and still can't crack 2000 subs, tried so many variations and nothing increasing my channel. I"m starting to believe that youtube is just surprising my videos. I've heard soo many guru say "do this or do that" and nothing changes. I can guarantee that if you gave me action items to take, my channel will stay the same. it's depressing but I love what I do.

Being a KZbinr is very similar to running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but consistency and hard work (with a little bit of help from Fame -ster of course) will always pay off at the end.

Awesome video. I am small KZbinr, and I think that for small channels the most important thing is to get good presence from the beginning. If you are not popular, people won't care even if you have the best videos and the best content on platform. I am not beginner anymore, but I know how hard it can be (and honestly if I didn't use a lot of Fame- ster, I would have quit a long time ago. It made everything much easier for me, especially getting to 1000 subs and view hours).

Yours is also very lack luster. Instead of "begging" for subscribers, you should explain why they should subscribe and what they'll be subscribing for.

Started streaming and posting gaming videos and I find that I enjoy it. No much result yet, but keeping up at it is the key. Every posting, I try to improve something- youtube thumbnails, speaking, audio, etc. I am deaf, and audio is a huge issue for me since I can't properly test it for myself, so I ask my friend out when he has the time. The take I get from KZbin is never stop learning- there's always something to improve. There's a quote, that I like-"If you can get 1% better each day for one year, you’ll end up 37 times better by the time you’re done." There's no perfect video that exists, so just get comfortable and be yourself.

I started KZbin 6 days ago. I made my first 100 views in a video and 200+ overall views in my channel after 3 days. I was very ecstatic and thought that it will just increase on its own. However, the views stopped yesterday. So I went back on doing research once again and watching a couple of videos and very glad that KZbin recommended me this video. What really resonated with me was item #7. When I checked the videos that I have uploaded, one of them got 400+ impressions but only 25 views. Your video made me looked at thumbnails and titles in a whole different perspective. That these two things are very important just how "packaging" on products is. Very brilliant! Thank you! I may not be able to apply everything on my next videos for now but my plan is to focus on each item a couple of videos at a time until such time that I can apply everything on every video that I will upload. And to everyone who's starting on KZbin this 2024, let's keep on learning and not get discouraged. Everything will fall into place at the right time. Sending hugs to everyone!

Really appreciate the insights, Marcus! Balancing quantity and quality is a challenge, especially with a 9-5 job and KZbin on the side. Initially, I aimed for 1.5 videos a week but shifted focus to enhance quality, leading to a video every 2-3 weeks. Now, I've found a rhythm with weekly uploads: one week features an 8-minute, high-quality video suitable for mid-roll ads, and the following week, a concise 3-4 minute video focusing mainly on sharp editing and transitions, keeping viewers hooked from the start.

I started my KZbin channel a month ago, and I’ve already hit 54k views and 772 subscribers) As a former Emirates flight attendant, I’m sharing the real story behind the job and travel tips. I feel like I’m on the right track and I’ve been intuitively following a lot of the tips you mentioned in your video. Excited to see where it goes-wish me luck 😊

I watched your channel. To increase views on videos, video SEO is required and titles and beautiful thumbnails are required. And channel tag should be used to grow channel and increase subscribers. I can make them for your channel and videos if you want. Please contract me

I am a returning content creator, I made reactions years back based on other KZbin videos & series like cartoons, anime, or just things found online. When I came back I decided to have more of a gaming focus because it just felt more comfortable for me as watching things on my own was just not doing it for me. Granted it may be a bad idea to return to a 2k channel that I grew with reactions and began to do gaming instead, or atlest as a new focus. But I thought this video could help out has I felt like I'm doing everything decently, not amazingly but decent. Then I saw the section about Impressions... then I checked my own and I think I realized where I need to focus in on first. And I just wanted to say thanks for the advise and if this does end up helping me regrow my channel with a community, I will return and say howdy and thank you.
