Have been catching up on videos of several different resin artists that I've not seen or have and wanted to watch again. I especially like when you make silicone molds. I've only made a few but am planning to make more as I've got everything to make several with. I'm attempting the crystal edge ones again next. Thanks for showing how you do your molds. So much appreciated. I love the way those turned out!!!

Do you know of the alum powder might work. I saw you dissolve it in hot water.. the link for your particular product is out of stock & I don’t see anything comparable. Lots of powder available 😊 When I was a kid we made crystals from borax laundry additive. I’ll see if it’s the same ingredient.. altho I sort of remember the borax crystals being more delicate so it may only create one mold. Appreciate any thoughts you may have. And I do understand because you made a mold a certain way does not mean you know all the other answers. Thanks!

Thankyou so much ☺️ 💓 💖 💗 💛 Actually I am going to attempt the powder also but I know it will make crystals. Also I use to grow crystals on different objects so these alum crystals are more strong. I did try borax but I love the crystal formation of alum also borax is delicate .But there is no limit in this you can make magic as much as you can ❤️🥰❤️🥰❤️🥰 thankyou for watching and your words of appreciation ❤️

Absolutely beautiful! This is probably a dumb question, but how did you get two different sized crystals to grow? Also did you use alum “crystals” or “powder”? I’m in the USA and can only seem to find alum “powder”. I wasn’t sure if that would grow crystals or not. Thanks so much!

Too good 2 new things I learn today. We can grow Crystal without making a base of Crystal seeds and 2nd we don't need to use varnish in end. Bravo 🥰🥰 Will always follow you ❤

Thank you very much for the tutorial, I have a question, the crystals do not come off the base, I saw the clay tutorial but what I understand is that the water adheres? I think it sticks to glass.

Thank you for your amazing video. When you want more crystals in your dish, you just reheat the water with the salt or do you make new water? 😏 Thank you ☺ 💐
@teaandart2 жыл бұрын
Blessings thankyou so much ☺️ 💓 💖 💛 you can do that but it sometimes work and sometimes you get very saturated opaque crystals that are not very pretty. Its better to make a new one.☺️

Did you ever try making Druzys with glow in the dark powder? I mean mix the water and alum crystal with the glow in the dark powder then heat it up and pour everything over your form, the form is covered with wood glue . Is everything right? It would be nice when you could tell me if you have tried it? Thank you ☺ 💐 😊 💓

@@teaandart Please let me know if you do, I would love a druzy mold but one created for me by you would be wonderful, It is a struggle having a regular life and also fitting in time to be creative and learn new things, I have so many plans for the next year and hopefully further, with thanks to my you tube tutors like you, and Claire, Dorianne and a few others I feel my confidence growing. I'm in Scotland, and we have had really very warm weather so im struggling at night with sleeping but I do enjoy summer time, picnics and such with family and friends. Glad you are doing well, looking forward to the next video X

Don't worry all questions welcomed but no you can grow in various vessels I did few tutorials on diy air dry clay and polymerclay dish made them my self then grew crystals. So I was asked if we can use any other item besides clay this glass disk one was easy .
