Nice. Good method. But you can also put a pvc pipe in the middle with gravel. The pvc pipe must have holes in the side. 1First you put some sand mixed with compost in the bag as a base. 2 Then you place your pipe( wich you have allready made holes in it on the side)in the middle of the bag 3 Fill the pipe with gravel. 4 You than fill the bag around the pipe with this same sand mixed with compost. One part of dry manure with one part of fertile soil ( or soil and compost mixture) 5 Make holes in the bag with a stick or your finger 6 Start planting your small veggie plants 7 Water 8 When required : fertilize especially with organic liquid ferlilizers ( you can make from urine, chickenpoop, cowdung etc). Rabbit urine is also a very good fertilizer but it needs to be watered down with the right amount of water.p.s there are different methods. Sometimes the pvc is also only used to put gravel in the bag . And the pvc is removed. You fill the bags partially and bring the pvc up and fill that part while you role up the sack everytime.Untill the bag is full. And the pvc pipe removed.

Is there any disadvantage of this kind of planting sukuma
@KitchenGardenn
@KitchenGardenn 2 жыл бұрын
yeah, primary disadvantage is just overwatering which can lead to root rot. In addition it depend with the bags you have used if they are non breathable which can worsen the situation 😉👌

@KitchenGardenn
@KitchenGardenn Жыл бұрын
@@zulaihatnasir3056 their is no problem, however we add manure because of nutrients. Ash may not have enough nutrients to support the plant unless you will be adding synthetic fertilizer like DAP.
