Lithops can reproduce by sowing or splitting, and we can make a hybrid by taking seeds and sowing them.

So I'm facing a problem, at first mine were growing perfectly till week 2 they looked even better than what they should be , yet it's now week 6 and they didn't changed at all same as week 2

@petitplants I put them in a box that filled with water ( nearly to 3 cms since my pots are not that much high) , they looks the same as yours in this video at the 2nd week . And thanks alot for the reply I didn't imagine that I'd have the chance to get an advice from an expert !! 🤩

Hi im now germinating my lithops seeds, i sowed them 3 days ago and when i check from outside without opening the cover, looks like they have white small bugs inside, im too afraid to open the cover or spray some pesticide on them.. what do i do? Please help

Oh…Did you disinfect the soil before sowing?? usually bugs don't form in the soil in three days…🤧

I’m having trouble my lithops are dying right after germination is it because I have a cover too much humidity?

There could be a number of reasons why lithops die immediately after germination. There are bad ventilation, too strong sun and attacks of the root fly caterpillars so on…. 🧐🧐
