I use to grow mung beens all the time for cooking that was before I could buy them when shopping, I forgot how satisfying it was to grow them to add to the many dishes I would cook. The way she was growing them is even better the cloth helped to shake out all of the been caps 😹😹but most of all the way it pulled off the unwanted parts of the roots was so much better. I think it’s time to start growing my own again but on a smaller scale for my needs but the same way as she has as that will make cleaning them so much faster and simpler for sure.
