@@GLMushrooms Absolutely! My friend /business partner and I are researching methods to jump start a growing operation in Delaware. Your idea seems like a great way to start growing without a huge investment in shelving that can come later for different varieties such as shiitake and such.I believe that shiitakes could be grown in the same way. Thanks for sharing great information.

Humidifier dissolves water and turn into cool mist . Pressure foggers spray tiny water droplets directly .

It does reduce temperature But increases the chances of contamination
