Hey sis I use ayurveda, plants and oil regularly and use shea butter honestly it's the technique that matters. I never oil my scalp until wash day because it would cause my scalp to itch like yours as I have low porosity hair. The build up is no joke. I also use teas and deep condition with herbs and I love the way your tea looks! Do what works for you hun. Love your videos ❤ love from the South Pacific islands x
