Doing these exercises alone in the gym makes you feel like an idiot. But when when you look at these videos with its entire community supporting the arm wrestling training you don't feel as lonely anymore. Man, i wish i had more arm wrestlers at my gym.

Thanks Coach Ray, definitely adding this workout into the rotation- I usually warm up with the standing barbell curls but without the fat grips. I’ll give it a shot, always on the hunt for new lifts!

Why do you train lifting the weight in a full range where your hand goes into a dead wrist position? Isnt better to train only when your wrist is straight to simulate the movement on the table? Like if we lose our wrist, we can never curl from a dead wrist and get our cup back, so why train in that position?

I have a question can't you do the 1st exercise like the 2nd one ? Means having thinner bar and using finger also in the same motion wouldn't it be more beneficial

Unrelated but I have a question about hammer curls. When I got heavy, it feels like my radial deviation gives out first. Would you suggest doing band work to correct this?
