@@craigcook7767 Maybe u dont like the deeper understanding that Jeff likes to add to his content. Plus his an athlete/ PT as well as a strength and conditioning coach. So his views on what's important will naturally be more complex. This guy is deffo what I was looking for, I'm a Personal trainer in training, so strength and conditioning heavy channel will impact me more for clients. Jeff goes over some of the more Physical therapy stuff and athlete functional stuff, which I will use personally on myself. I would just say watch both and stay educated.

The shorter lengths of these videos versus the other top KZbinrs is what makes this my new favorite fitness channel. Ryan....keep your videos 5 minutes or less whenever possible. It is really helping to differentiate you. The content and tips are top notch quality as well, of course.

I'm usually skeptical about workout channels because most don't take the time to really understand lifting movements and the subtle tweaks to hit different parts of a muscle. I tried this workout today and I felt as if I've never worked my upper chest before. This is two years old. And it’s great. I switch up my routine from heavy weight/low reps to this, high rep and lower weight, and then back. It keeps my body guessing and I’m always sore. RH knows what he is talking about!

I watched this video when it was first posted. Somewhat ignored it because I mostly do home workouts. I had to come back to this video to comment. That barbell move he does can be easily replicated at home with resistance bands. Wow. The pump was insane. I know it looks a bit odd, but it works. And as he said, this is a high rep movement. But I've done this in the 10-15 rep range and have had a great pump. However, don't be shy on going into the upper 20s on reps. That checks will be burning hot! Thanks you RH!

The landmine press was a killer I did it with no weight and I still couldn't get 20 reps (I blame covid...and my under developed baby chest) but the connection is there and I can't wait to see the progress after time. Tried his techniques. They seemed a little odd. After the first workout I was hooked. And that reverse grip benching for triceps got my tri's blown like never before! I have been in this for a couple decades as far as training and interest and I have never had such immediate improvements...with less weight! He's the Real Deal.

I rarely ever leave a comment on KZbin but I have to say, this inclined dumbell press with the bosu is DOPE. First time of my life I can feel so much tension on my chest without any discomfort. It allows you to really open your chest.. just try it

Really like the vids, really great fresh ideas short and to the point. I was a personal trainer in my 30’s now at 48 I train myself for the most part and my family when they are motivated haha. I train in my garage and have no machines or cables I sub those with resistance bands, I do have full Olympic bar Dunnels benches and squat cage . That said I like to see alter ideas to replace pec deck and cables . Thanks again enjoying the channel.
