Ryan your content is really unique and your presentation is definitely on point - clear and concise. None of your "exercise hacks" or variations are mad scientist BS just to get views. So his views on what's important will naturally be more complex. This guy is deffo what I was looking for, I'm a Personal trainer in training, so strength and conditioning heavy channel will impact me more for clients. Jeff goes over some of the more Physical therapy stuff and athlete functional stuff, which I will use personally on myself. I would just say watch both and stay educated.

I watched this video when it was first posted. Somewhat ignored it because I mostly do home workouts. I had to come back to this video to comment. That barbell move he does can be easily replicated at home with resistance bands. Wow. The pump was insane. I know it looks a bit odd, but it works. And as he said, this is a high rep movement. But I've done this in the 10-15 rep range and have had a great pump. However, don't be shy on going into the upper 20s on reps. That checks will be burning hot! Thanks you RH!
