Nice sequence. Other nice things to notice are how close the main and jib are sheeted in even though you're headed mostly downwind. Monohull sailors see this sort of thing and think you're doing it wrong!

Without watching, I'm pretty confident it's by turning the rudder by 90 degrees, easing the mainsail, and pray to God you don't pitchpole?
