@@isaacsekoung5013 Maybe you will need to reinstall the game and start it from the beginning. Once it has opened it's home page, click on sign in through Facebook. Sometimes the game cannot sign in through Facebook or Google Play games when are playing. It will be working fully when you try to login in the beginning of the game.
