My insurance denied my property damage claim; now my vehicle is not safe to drive since, I called for assistance to the insurance state agency and filed a complaint and still nothing. They recommended I file a small claims suit. How do I go about that? I'm in California... I would appreciate your help. Tkx

My insurance company is saying that they only pay trade in value not retail. I have done what you recommended but they are saying the settlement offer isn't negotiable. Plus my car seat was in my car and they want me to purchase another car seat show proof of purchase and straps cut before purchase. Is this correct?

What if it land property damage not car damage like agricultural land that has been damaged do to land clearing ect. ??

If someone is trespassing, and have cleared trees off of your property that is a serious issue and you need to contact an attorney and someone within your state who deals with this.

Please in my case I am a student driver I accidentally hit my neighbors wall and damaged his window but no one was hurt even though there was someone in the room. Act in good faith. Talk to the people that you hurt via property damage, and do what you can to make it right by them. If you do that, their not gonna sue you for everything you're worth IF you keep your word with them.
