For me I do a try catch and I just have a block of code retrying after 1 second if the 3 most common type of exception is met, Stale,Intercepted and NoSuchElement. catches most of them honestly. So in the end it just optimize the speed of the testrun doing this.

Don't use class name to find element. It will mostly be more than one element using the same class name. Please provide the detailed error message so that I can try to look into the details.

When I ran this on Firefox the message was a bit more helpful. I realised that the button I wanted to click was actually behind the website footer. I solved this by zooming out: driver.execute_script("document.body.style.zoom='67%'")

It means the website you are working on, is taking minimum 1 minute to make that element invisible. It is an issue with the website. Developer of the website can improve the performance. It can be filed as a bug. There should be nothing automation should do in this scenario.

Hey Hey, Love this video! Random Question ... The project I am automating does not expose id, classname, name fields when inspecting element. Is it best for the developers to expose all these? It is a react native application. I am encountering this 'element not clickable' / 'element not interactable' erros on literally every button and image. Cannot even locate the invisible element that would receive click because this is all I get : Other element would receive the click: ... If I zoom out to get element in view I get 'element not interactable' error. Do you have courses on udemy? Mobile, web and api automation?

It is implemented in a language, which means it uses concepts of the language it is implemented in. If we use Java, then Java principles apply, if we use Python then Python principles apply. May be he was trying to ask, how overloading is utilized/implemented in Selenium WebDriver Automation.

hello sir i have a query regarding same issue, i get exception :- Exception in thread "main" org.openqa.selenium.ElementClickInterceptedException: element click intercepted: Element ... is not clickable at point (581, 683). Other element would receive the click:

ElementNotClickable and ElementClickIntercepted are pretty much the same exception. Depending on your application, you need to check whether you can wait for to disappear or you can use JavaScript way to click the element you want to click.
