I never knew a relationship can make you so desperate and lonely till I got into one with a toxic person..I was taken for a ride to a point I found myself doing research about this type of a person and that is where I found the term narcissist..Thank God I left and now I'm using my little knowledge to educate young people around me about these type of creature. #It is better to be "peacefully" single than to be in a relationship with a person who thrives in twisting your words and playing mind games because it can drain you mentally...Mental wellness matters the most#

I've been married for 23 years and I've been battling with gaslighting in the majority part the marriage existence. No one that I know is free from his accusation. This is deep Mr Zulu. It's true I've a very calm personality not that I want to, its just me. 2 years ago he accused me of wanting to kill him with infedelity "according to tradition" Since then I stopped having intimacy with him. Now we're separated but the battle is still on as he is in contact with the children. Y'all please listen to what Mr Zulu is saying if you notice this behaviour in any one, run, it can ONLY get worse.
