I'm glad 2 other people noticed that this associate was rudest. Barring glasses comment, the customer asked a reasonable question. In the event they only saw the wrong size, your supposed to do an item inquiry or offer to order the item if that's an option of course.

I love that. It's up there with "I'm complaining to head office" or "I'll report you to trading standards" Cool, who do you think wrote the policy I'm following? I'm sure they'll love the laugh. If you're lucky they might throw a gift card at you to shut you up, but the trade off is literally everyone in the shop knowing you're awful and making real sure you don't have any chance to repeat.
