I enjoyed this interview. An excellent guest Consuelo . The newsletter Whitney writes is very good too.

Amazing interview. True wisdom. In time , multiples that make no sense revert.

Fifty times earnings is analogous to buying a bond that pays 2%. Grounds for a BFD suit.

He is right in the investment principles. However I am not sure Nike or Starbucks prime time is over. He wouldn't know either. I was surprised Costco didn't get beat up but e-commerce and still thriving. I worked for a company price dropped 90% brought in a new CEO, four years later still not revived. Today they survived as zombie because of Covid 19 bailout. There price is 2X from lowest.

oy, so now newsletters are sanctioned on this show?

Isn’t it crazy that this show promotes newsletters? I should have asked myself why Bruce Berkowitz got such good coverage. I think he is a paid supporter of this TV show - Consuelo Mack WF. This is basically an infomercial.

Whitney, if you sold off these long time winners years ago.. what are you holding now?

He probably owns Nike and Starbucks. He promotes these consistently on the episode and probably needs to promote their "potential for rebound" to likely recuperate his losses. LOL

I don't know one coworker who buys Nike shoes. Somehow they are surviving on sports wear for athletes and younger crowd, but they aren't like they were in the 90s. Also wondering if they're still employing thousands of underage labor in poor countries.
