thank you!, well explained detail by detail, I do have a 3.1 Mt room by 3.1 , if I filled all walls with panels like the ones you show, will I stop also the noise to go out the room?, this is because I'm planning to use it in nite time wile neighbours are sleeping., regards!

french cleats can be another alternative. but your like me anything worth doing you over do it.

The adjustable screws are a really good idea for some fine tuning (if it actually makes a difference.) Other than that you basically taught me how to use a tape measure and a pencil :D:D Just kidding. It's awesome that people make videos like this. Thanks.

Easy way to mount panels with a 1x4 frame, when you put in rigid insulation leave a 3 1/2 space at the top. Fasten a 2x4 to the studs in the wall that's 1 1/2 shorter than the frame, hang the panel up over the 2x4 and put a couple of screws through the 1 x into the 2 x. Works for ceiling panels too, just use a 2 by for each end.

Yeah, I could have gone that way, but I wanted them to look somewhat free floating, without the lumber behind them.

Thanks, glad you liked the video. I do what I can. I was originally going to just do the build, without video, but I said, "just do the video". Took extra time, but I see so many people just throwing foam on the wall, and wondering why they can not get a decent mix.
