It's just hard to rank up from silver without a team. In solo q you can get 40+ kills every game and still lose most.

The most important thing if you wanna hard carry in any ranks is to take care of team spirit and chemistry. You have to be a leader and gain some respect from teammates. Usually it's easy because people respect scoreboard but sometimes you will have a bad start so communicate well. Even if you are GE and you are smurfing in silver it's not easy to carry whole team if they start trolling and killing each other and enemy has also few smurfs (not as good as you but anyways a lot better players than your teammates). You don't have to be IGL and micromanagering everything but you have to be ready to read what is happening in server and be able to react. Also it's not usually good choice to go actively for entry kills unless you have a spots you have a really good advantage (mainly holding spots in lower ranks). Even getting two guys killed and leaving your team 4v3 is worse than be alive in 3v4 and having some info. I mean in situations when you are really better player than others in your team. Pro tip to games when you soloQ with Russian people: learn some basic words ("adin", "dva", "sleva", "sprava") and sometimes give info in Russian. They somehow appreciate it quite much and it's much easier to have a control of full Russian team (if it's even possible).

Legit. Russians appreciate it if you make some effort to say callouts in russian, even the basic ones. Or try to make them laugh. I've met a few in servers that are super friendly :)

Good tip aswell: when u at the barrier to the next rank and can get there its cause u need to start getting good at the next ranks mechanics aswell atleast a little. (Eg when u silver elite starting getting better at crosshair placement, when u NM start learning counter strafing)

The weird thing for me is that I got out of silver without actually "practicing" too much. I just played the comp with someone that knows somewhat what he is doing and learnt some game sense from him and through my own experience. I wasn't being carried too hard btw. Now I'm gold nova 1 and maybe I should start learning the spray patterns and get out of the bad habit of aiming at the stomach (compensating too early) and maybe I'll find myself in MG soon!

Your comments are nice about silver, in Australia there is a very limited player player base, we silvers verse novas all the time and LEM and so on. We also verse many smurfs and cheaters as anyone with minimum Australian income can buy 20 x brazillian account per day.

This is my method that I used to get out of silver (dumb way), I practiced a lot and had a decent aim but max rank I could reach back then was silver elite, my game sense and aim are quite fine but u know! Solo in MM is like pain in the ass. So I decided to cop a first knife skin before I got bored at the game. Surprisingly that I ranked up not long after. Now I’m GNs 2-3 and got stuck and unfortunately I got scammed my skin and now I may have to play with default knife.. 😔 well!!

With all the smurfs and angry, salty teammates who dont call out, Eventually you will have to be carried or make some friends with similar ranks who can actually call out and play together. Solo queuing from Silver 3 to Global is total bullshit unless you have a good 5 years to waste, enough skill to carry yourself and patience through lots of deranking. You cant "Hard carry" while also learning the game. You'll have a few cheap wins and alot of losses. Might as well just play the game and not worry about ranks.
