If u think u'll have a high chance of solo killing an enemy laner get hob (especially against mages) if the match up is hard and u think its better to play safe and scale bring electrocute + tp ofc

More damage early game and so much damage late game. And that rune allows u to do the level 1 E into triple auto procs pasive (and then u can kite with the move speed). And the rune reset faster so u can 2 at least 2 trades before level so probably u can win prio in so many matchups. (Sorry if my english is not perfect hahah, im spanish.)

gathering doesn't come online fast enough for it to be worth it. Having fighting power early is better. Ekko's dmg is high enough later game without gathering storm as well.

@@nhamtran7405 I've been running this build for a couple days and I haven't felt the lack of RB, with nashors + hail of blades you don't really need an auto reset and the movement speed that lich bane provides makes for the dash that you would use to catch people up. Overall much more damage and you don't gate your combo on a 40s cooldown, hail of blades can be even procced multiple times during fights and the ms from fast pasive proc let's you dodge stuff easier.
