If you can connect to your phone laptop then connect and login to ip given below the router login and reset from there

Sir i have a problem with Tenda Router AC2100 model AC19. Reset button is ok and i have reset it twice but it couldn’t take default password admin and couldn’t log on to router setup. it always appear wrong password. Please let me know the solution if have any. Thanks in advance

Your router is compromised and had hackware installed on it. O had same issue and did this. Sounds goofy but block your signal as much as you can, unplug from internet also. Then do something like a shoebox and ten foil wrapped around it. Im being serious you want know way for another router configured to auto connect or anything. Do your reset and bet it will work. Mine was being hijacked by a close by and had havkware installed so i had to stop all access to it then was able to reset everything. I then adjusted to no wifi maintenance and forced to use ethernet.
