After this I was stuck with a BlueTooth and USB icon. I had to press the right button and connect it to a computer with Polar Flow via USB, and sync it to make it work again. My M200 has firmware version 1.1.3, but the Polar Flow application for Windows always tries to update the firmware and fails. It says "You need to update firmware to sync", then "Please wait while updating", then "Restarting" then back to the "You need to update firmware" message. It loops around forever and never works.
