is it necessary to upgrade the return line when running a double pumper? got a -8an to feed the rail. thanks snailfed

I would. With the volume of fuel you are running with two pumps on the feed side the stock fuel line is kind of a restriction. We run 6an returns that y off too two 4an lines. One goes to the factory fuel pump housing return. The other to the passenger side of the tank.

I'm running 2x460's in a Squash double pumper with -8AN Feed & using the OEM Feed hardline as my Return with -6AN to fuel rail & hangar! Can you see a problem there? Do I need full -6AN return? What are symptoms of a restriction in the Return line?

Where do you put your fuel pump grounds? Not the relay the fuel pump

So did you have two wires run from the battery for power for each relay?
@snailfedperformance71773 жыл бұрын
Yes. We run one wire per relay.

@@snailfedperformance7177 I’m actually in middle of doing this with mine for two 450s with hobb. I didn’t get why you did the Y connection of same wire into the relay and what was that wire for?
@snailfedperformance71773 жыл бұрын
@@snbmotorsports1526 its the ground wire. When the signal is sent to the relay it activates the ground.

i thought the ground should come from the motor/trans?
@snailfedperformance71778 ай бұрын
Just has to be ground to the chassis. The chassis itself is ground to the engine and the trans.
