I do my hardflips exactly like this and the hardest part for me was to get my back foot back to the board but jumping high helped so much! great vid:)

@@thatoneguywho3434 Maybe try keeping more of your weight in your back foot, when I do mine I put a lot of pressure into the tail before i pop and by scooping it forward and in front the board flips pretty vertical to meet my front foot.

yep, that's a sub from me. definitely the best hardflip tutorial on KZbin. I've been skating for 5 years and I'm a kickflip guy, but I have inward heelflips, and I struggle with grasping the concept of the hardflip, but this definitely helped me.

I noticed popping less really helps with control when I was first learning it I just popped it so much and it’s hard to catch it right when your legs are all squished in your chest
