How to harvest and use Garlic Scapes

Garlic Scapes make a great addition to any spring time dish. Their mild garlic flavor can really make a lot of dishes shine!!
Garlic Scapes are easy to harvest and are usually ready to harvest about 6 weeks before your main garlic is ready to be pulled out. Be sure to harvest your Garlic Scapes while they are still fairly small and tender.
