Most of the bananas we buy here in Texas come from Ecuador. We visited there a little over a year ago and thoroughly enjoyed all the veggies and fruit we had there. Look forward to visiting there again. Thanks Joe and Lisa

Smums...I absolutely love bananas and, when I come to Ecuador, I hope to find a place with room to grow bananas, pineapples, pomegranates and not least coffee...what else would I need in life 🤗💓 Thanks a lot for sharing Joe...and finally, I wonder if kids steal bananas in Ecuador as I stole apples and strawberries in Denmark when I was a kid!?!?

Does it really take a year to grow a bunch of bananas? I'm surprised. Looks like they'd be all eaten up in a few weeks.

Yup. Red ones seem to take longer.
