I started a bullet journal that I made myself thanks to you and I try to do a little bit of it every night and remind myself that I’m not hopeless and useless. This is such a battle for me honestly. I just get so disheartened every five seconds like so much negativity comes out in my mind that I didn’t know I had and this experience of pushing threw and letting go of my negative thoughts i think is so helpful for me at this time in my life! I love everything you put out into the world, every video you spread a little bit more compassion into the world.

I'm going to do this, when i get the time, i think reflect and plan can make this year a little bit easy, and maybe after that i will do a vision board, so i forces to take step towards my goal and be aware of them all the time, because otherwise i might forget a couple month into the new year 😂. Because of filming I had to stop very often, but without filming it would've taken me 2-3 hours, it depends on how intricate you want draw. If you're only doing the exercises then 1 hour to reflect is about right. I hope that helps! ♡
