Just commented on the video you made from 2yrs ago, it was my first video i watched. And now this is the 2nd. You have a new subscriber, and can i just say ALL the emotions I've been holding in you've let out. (In a good way). I'm so tired of being so cruel to myself (the way i speak down to myself) and i applaud you for being so real & so transparent about all this while being a mom & wife. And the thing i need most right now is just feeling like i have one person who gets me. Who isn't saying "suck it up" or "can you just stop being negative already", i truly feel after the other video i just watched and now this one, that you truly get me as i can relate. So thank you again. Sorry for the long comment.

Are you kidding me? I'm the QUEEN of long novel comments 😂😂 my family gets annoyed with my own text messages cause I'll send an entire BIBLE there way that takes centuries to read 😂 Theyre like "roni....we just wanted a yes or no answer..." So you send all the long comments you want!!! I enjoy reading them 💓

Its not odd at ALL! We are the only ones in the world that we cannot escape from lol so if we're gonna hangout with ourselves everyday, than we ought to be kind to ourselves!

@@VeronicaVeeTV im glad to hear that you are doing good most days. I wish I could just reach through the phone and give u a hug. My daughter just had her first baby and I can see a lot of resemblance in your situation and what she's beginning to go through. I'm so scared she's going to end up on prescription medication if she speaks to a doctor. They (doctors) are all so quick to jump and write prescriptions without caring who they are giving them to and what the ultimate consequences are going to be. (BTW just FYI You are just gorgeous and you do have adorable babies) sorry I had to throw that in there lol. So, I was actually wondering if there's any other specific brand besides the one you talked about in your other videos of magnesium you would suggest? Also i know a lot of ppl don't like to private message their followers, but I was wondering if there was a way to contact you or you contact me as I don't want to put specifics in here about my daughter's situation, but I'd like to share with you some of my concerns that maybe you might be able to help me understand a little better. If not that's alright and again I'm glad to hear you are doing well aside from your occasional bad days.

@@samanthahicks3333 the only thing I can recommend is having her doc get testing done. Many doctors won't. I had to find a naturopathic physician who took blood tests, saliva AND stool samples in order to get the root of my own deficiencies. My family doctor only took blood tests and the blood came out "fine". With my other doc doing all THREE tests, she was able to see where my body dipped and what time of day I did go down. It's actually fascinating to read the data. However... its painfully expensive to go natural. I'm not against medication, being that as I was once in a situation where I wanted my life to end... I did what I needed to do to stay alive. But... I used it as a stepping stone to gradually go natural. I'd love to recommend more vitamins I take or other supplements, however, mental health is such a hard individual process... so your child may need her own testing, seeing as everyone's body is uniquely different ❤ my deficiencies ended up being vitamin D and folic acid. And my gut was so inflamed, I wasn't absorbing much nutrients from the healthy food I WAS taking. So I had to be put on a specific diet, regimen and supplements to heal it. So going natural is possible But its painfully LONG... Which is why I advocate for both natural and medicine DEPENDING on the circumstances. Make sense? If shes in a position to go natural, then testing would be your best option 😊 its hellishly pricey... but it gives you the answers to cut out all the guessing. Hope this helps!

@@VeronicaVeeTV natural is definitely pricey, as I'm learning. I don't eat very good at all, I mean like very little. So I take supplements daily and they are not cheap. As for my daughter thank you for the advice. My daughter just turned 24 and we aren't on speaking atm due to the constant change in her erratic behavior, but as soon as I get the chance I'll advise her of what I learned here today. Thank you! BTW, I am so glad you decided to stick around as there is nobody more Qualified to raise them babies than u are. And I think you have been an inspiration to more ppl than you know. So, on behalf of all those ppl thank you honey!
