There is a set of lockers that you can rent for the day at CityWalk, which is right before you get into the park. They are located near the restrooms in the hallway when you pass the Hot Topic store.

The Forbidden Journey castle ride is a popular ride, so we do suggest morning. But you can get some really nice fun pics of Hogsmeade and the castle around sunset! Great area to explore with so much to do✨️

Hello! After you purchased the tickets, you should've received an email conformation with all the info. We suggest downloading the Universal Studios app on your phone, and click on 'Wallet', then you should be able to add your tickets onto the app. From there they'll scan your virtual tickets for express 🙌🏼

Where did you purchase your admission tickets ? Do you think purchase tickets on Groupon is a deal or at Safeway they have a deal I believe?

Depending on the ticket, for example do you just want to go 1-day without the express pass to skip the line, you can find good deals on websites like Groupon. Other wise you can always just get them directly from the Universal website to be safe. Costco usually has some really good deals on tickets.

Hello! Are you purchasing the one day Express? If you are, you can use express at any time of the day. But we did go over some good pointers in this video if you want an itinerary. Get there as early as possible, go on Secret Life Of Pets, Harry Potter Forbidden Journey, and the Simpsons Ride first. Then head down to the lower lot. In the morning, the first 2 hours of the park don't have long wait times. So you might be able to save the Express and ride the same rides again later in the day when the park is busy.

The most you'll wait WITH express is probably 20 minutes. You'll avoided waiting at least an hour for rides on busy days. Express is totally worth the price, especially on weekends.

It usually isn't as busy for the first week of December, but either way, we still recommended doing the pets ride, Harry Potter Castle ride, then the Simpsons first before heading to the lower lot. Those are the more popular rides, the lower lot rides don't tend to get that busy till around 11am to 12pm 🙌

Aww thank you so much! Lol How exciting! Yes, it's going to be very very busy. Almost every weekend will probably be sold out from now on. The express pass is anywhere from $220 to $280 depending on the day, but if you already have your ticket, you can always upgrade in person at the park, and it'll be around $140ish, again depending on the day🙌🏼 Totally worth it though to maximize your day!

Hello! It looks like the unlimited express isn't a ticket option at the moment. So we're not sure if they're even offering it in person either. However we did notice that they have a special right now, buy one day and get one day free! It looks like a great deal and you'll have til December to use the second day. If you get Express, and show up early, you'll definitely be able to ride some rides twice. Just use the regular line in the morning, and save you're express pass for the rides until it starts to get busier in the afternoon. That's what we did once with our family who doesn't have annual passes.

Hello! Yes, make sure you upgrade as soon as you enter the park. You cannot upgrade online, so once you get inside, you can head to the Tower box office which is the tall structure by the fire towers!

Hello! How fun!🙌🏼 Yes, you are more than welcome to bring in snacks and drinks, just to be safe.. no glass containers. And you can also bring a backpack. They'll just have you put it thru a xray machine when you go thru security. Also, yes you can both grab a birthday pin. They don't really check. Just ask for 2 birthdays pins and they'll write the names on them😄 Happy early birthday!

Hello, you're probably looking at anywhere from $12 to $20 dollars per plate per person every time you eat, depending on what you get and if you get a drink. Universal has lots of great snacks that are definitely shareable too!
