I thank you Ptr. Vlad. I have PTSD because I almost died being vaccinated with COVID vaccine 2 months ago. I was rushed to ER and can't hardly breathe. It was very traumatic that every time i heard about vaccines my body is aching and my heart is beating rapidly. I am healed and I will live peacefully though i still have uncontrolled symptoms I believe healing is here. Thank you for praying I feel so heard and valued. This is just an attack of the enemy for I have a church that God gave me to take care of. I will continue winning souls and making disciples. If Jesus raise people from death he can heal anxieties too. I am delivered and healed.

Amen!! We need to break down strongholds of anxiety & stress by filling ourselves with God's word and allowing the Holy Spirit to work in us. Your point on exercise was a great one because many people don't even realize what's going in their bodies internally as a result! Too much stress produces cortisol which in turns leads to weight gain, inflammation, and other health issues. God does not want this for us! Seek Jesus and choose to stay healthy in your mind, body, and spirit!

But by the time they were finished the Sabbath had begun, so they rested as required by the law." ーLuke 23:56 The Sabbath is Holy, they rested and refrained from putting the spices for the body of our Savior... Sunday is false Sabbath, it was a counterfeit by satan... You see the "SUN" in the Sunday and it's not a coincidence (go and search about this matter on your own), it's the day where the wicked people do their worship to their false gods. These verses also locates that Sunday is the FIRST DAY of the week: 　"Early on Sunday morning, as the new day was dawning, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went out to visit the tomb." ーMatthew 28:1 　"Very early on Sunday morning, just at sunrise, they went to the tomb." ーMark 16:2 Notice how they do no work until the 1st day or the Sunday came? I am just exposing the lies of the enemy and by no means condemning anyone who doesn't keep the Sabbath Day; because we were told by our Master Yeshua HaMashiach (Lord Jesus Christ) to love our neighbor as we love ourselvesーtherefore here I am telling you these things because I love you and I didn't want you to continue living your life with the lies of the enemy, and also because I was being led by the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) to preach this.
