Hey everyone! I originally had a video filmed but I filmed it using my webcam and it didn't record well...the audio was way off by a few seconds and after fighting with it...I decided to just keep the audio. I figured you can listen to it while doing other things, podcast style :)

I know my trigger is driving in the car. I’ve been to 2 chiropractors, and 3 physical therapists and have had this pain for years, but it’s getting to the point where I can’t drive without pain. I’ve been told for years I have Piriformis syndrome, and it makes sense to me because I’ve always had weak hips. I’ve spent the past 2 years trying to build them up with exercise, but it seems useless. I’ve had an MRI of the spine, but it came back normal. I’ve tried almost every car seat cushion made, and have watched every KZbin video ever made on seat position. The PT focused on glute and hip exercises, but I workout often so this is why endless exercises didn’t help. I did have a student at the last PT start to help me by using a Hypervolt massager while in the stretched position, but then her internship was up and the PT she studied under wasn’t overly helpful and I stopped going. My current chiropractor has suggested cryogenics, because he has my spine in perfect alignment and I still have pain. What are your thoughts? I appreciate your videos. Thank you. 🥰
