I know that I have to stop overthinking, let go and let God but I think that I’m still grieving. I would love to know how to study the Bible. Ms Ariana, I tend to do the same thing.when it's something very important to me when I need to lay something at Jesus feet as the word says.I would say something like in Jesus name.i enter into his gates with Thanksgiving and I enter into his court with praise and I give Jehovah thanks and I bless His name.(scripture)then I would say.i cast all my cares upon you for you care for me.(both sayings are scripture) and I find a scripture that best fits what I need to ask Him and He answers every time.I use king James bible verses online under topics A-Z. hope it helps you as it helps me.Holy and Awesome is His name. Well ... try meditation like taking deep breaths coz that calms your mind for sometime. Do it for at least 10 to 15 mins and then pray. About hearing God voice I too face difficulties but we have to ask the Holy Spirit to guide us before we pray and read the Bible.

I used to have a horrible phobia of vomiting. Luckily in elementary school we took yoga and when I’m having a panic attack thinking I’m gonna throw up I just meditate it helps with anxiety and stomach aches. breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. I haven’t had that phobia in 2 years I think and maybe my parents prayed or I prayed, I can’t remember but God just got rid of it, that’s my story. Please try meditating it helps a lot if you’re stressed or just want to relax definitely meditate. :)

Goodness you nailed it. years ago I would I get up early I with my Bible In hand and a pen...after I prayed, I would sit there with my diary book and I waited for God to speak to me. It was incredible during these quiet times with Father God, I could hear him speaking to me clearly telling me about things in my life I needed to change and things I had no reason to not worry about. too often I found we pray say our amén and call it a day, we sit and give Jesus chance to chat with us. I thank you for this video. I've been practising on hearing god's voice for the past few months and it can be so hard because if you ask him something sometimes you get a seriously deep feeling of no, but, I can't say an image but a quick inner glimpse of the word yes. It can be vice versa sometimes but i get so frustrated when I get responses like that because I still have faith in the verses about having no doubt that God will speak to you. Also I was working the other day and a lot of the times I like to fantasize talking to people with the holy spirit in me. And I was imagining that I was speaking to the my cousin that I believe needs deliverance. And so I was talking to him in the dream and immediately out of nothing I get a sensation all over and in the midst of that sensation I saw the word "feet". Like it's weird when I see it, it's not a normal kind of seeing, it's like I feel the visuality of the image of that word. And I was testing the spirit asking him like what part of the foot is it, upper part or lower part. And it was the upper part to which I thought it was a bunion. I asked God if it was his left or right one. And I honestly believed it was his left. And I asked again to test the spirit and it said left. And I was like ok God I'm sorry Im aware you keep saying that to me. So I asked God if I could ask him...like I was so excited like oh my gosh I couldn't hold it back. Sometimes actually that gets in the way of me hearing the word. But anyway i went home that night and before I went to sleep I asked God if I could and I felt like I wasn't getting anything. So I doubt was filling my mind but then I remembered some Christian saying on Instagram that God wants us to move out of our comfort zone. So I thought it was that. So I texted him, saying if he had been experiencing any problems with his feet. And he was like no not really but I busted my toenail a while back. And I was like was it your left and he was like no. And I was crushed. The weird thing was when I was working at my station was that there was a lady across from me and she said to me while we were waiting to leave that her dad broke his ankle recently and I asked which foot and she said left!!! But that word didn't make me feel lead to give it to her. Oh God help me. Also what do you mean by God's voice because sometimes it can be an urge

I talk to many people who tell me they "wish" they could hear from God, or from His Holy Spirit, whom Jesus said would Lead & Guide us. I always tell them that they are hearing from God, unknowingly.
