Center shouldn't be on the tip of the tile, it should be half of the width. You would end up even that way

its better i think if you do painters tape template frame on the floor first to dry fit it

Ha ha i know the feeling! Map out the bottom couple rows, and once you start going it’ll flow. You got this! Just prepare yourself to think a unholy words as you go, and remember most people won’t notice the little imperfections that you’ll obsess over

i lost it when he put the 45 on the first tile and it was off a bit lmaooooo i feel better now ! mine is similar i don't know if its the wall or what , as I did not set the walls and they are off plumb. also.. which size back splash would allow you to connect from herringbone into a straight run ?

Back wall is not centered which throws the whole job herringbone is not centered on the tip of
