Great teachings. My most loved verse: When you abide in me and my words abide in you, you shall ask anything of my father and he will do it for you in my name. Praise God

One of my emergency verses is Ps 13:5 "But I trust in your unfailing love; my heart rejoices in your salvation." NIV. Another one is the story of Joseph and Potiphar's wife Genesis 39.

Here's a tip for you guys if you don't know how to meditate (which means...you over complicate meditation, because its really simple-and very, very FAMILIAR to you, actually) : **This is a reply i gave to a sister in Christ who was confused on how to meditate** "Sister, dont be intimidated by that term! Meditating just simply means thinking about it over and over. Meditation is just a fancy word for pondering. If you know how to worry about your job interview in the morning, or that situation in the office, or that marriage problem, then you already know how to meditate/think about scripture. Why does God command us to meditate on His word? (Josh 1:8) because He knows that when we think about something, it gets ingrained in our hearts and become REAL to us. Notice how you yourself, when you think about something that bothers you (which you tend to keep thinking about), or that one scene in a movie that you found funny or touching, you tend to enjoy thinking it over and over again. Why? Because God built us which such a functionality. We keep thinking about something we find interesting, real, or concerning. Proverbs 23:7 As a man thinks in his heart, so is he. Your thoughts run your life, because thats how you were made. And satan knows this, too."

I dont know how you meditate sis, but even if you were busy, id say a short 15 minutes is enough to meditate. Maybe youre just confused on how to meditate, or you over complicate meditation because you think it involves rough work. It really doesnt! Here's a reply i gave to one of our sisters who was confused about how to meditate : "Sister, dont be intimidated by that term! Meditating just sinply means thinking about it over and over.
