Mirella how do you squeeze the Kenra professional color . We have the regular key to squeeze it still hard especially when it is so close to the end of the tube. Please advice.

Here are some solutions that our Product Development Team has found to be helpful: When opening a tube of color, be sure to punch a large enough hole at the base with the cap and squeeze some of the product out with your hands before using a tube key or crimper. This will help to release pressure from inside the tube and help to prevent possible rupture. Additionally, we recommend using a tube crimper as an option to help dispense the entire tube of color with ease.

Hi Brenda! You would let the lightener process until the desired level is achieved for ideal toning. Demi-permanent color can process on the hair for toning anywhere from 5-25 minutes. We hope this helps!

Do I tone the whole head or just the highlights?

Hi Callie! When applying the glaze, ideally you would focus the product on the highlighted sections but you can apply at the bowl over the whole head. We hope this helps!
