How to HIGHLIGHT text in Premiere Pro (Motion Blur + Preset

Today, I show you how to make the highlight over text effect in premiere pro
You will be able to MASTER how to highlight text in premiere pro so that it also changes the color of text highlighted or if even the text is over the highlight💪
You'll also learn how to export text or graphic in premiere pro
I use premiere pro rectangle tool to create highlight and then use the crop effect to animate the highlight effect, then using the velocity tool and a SECRET SAUCE🌶️ I add motion blur to the highlight
You can use this effect in gaming videos, talking head videos, or basically any type of video can use this effect to emphasize on a text or object

hey, this is cool did you consider using the linear wipe instead of the crop? I think that way you'd have a little less editing to do for the "start and end" points of each new iteration

It's actually a good idea, but can u use the velocity for linear wipe the same I use for crop? I only remember After Effect's linear wipe😬
