This was very helpful information, but you might need to add a caveat to Findaway Voices. While ACX has tools to assist with finding a narrator, it appears that Findaway does not. The latter contains all the tools for publishing and distributing an audiobook, but not the tools to find talent.

Hi Garrett, thank you for the video. Question: I am looking at extending a pay for production offer on ACX to a narrator to produce an audiobook for a book which's under my pen name. On the offer - would you happen to know if I can list my pen name or would It rather need to have my legal name?

As far as I understand it, you can use your pen name.
