Bought 5 garages in ETS2 and got trucks, trailers for the hired drivers. It says status as IDLE, they are not working. The garage in which Im one of driver, that garage is active with working drivers. Other garages are calm. How to make all hired drivers to work ? a info for you all people: I bought a garage & hired drivers in ATS2 long time ago & didn't played the game for more than 2 years. Recently I opened the game & saw the money generated by hired drivers is huge even though I didn't played the game which means it doesn't work on game hours. Also, all hired drivers were rated 10 which means time to time drivers rating will increase.

to get drivers to 5 stars, you have to focus their training on what they are already good at, for example like high value make them focus on that

What is the driver experience level based on? Is it the trucks, the level, the recruitment agency location or the number of people hired?

Bro I dont get it. Ive started the game with no loans, i made few quick deliveries, found a Renault in France 400 bhp, great for work, cheap, few malfunctions here and there but was alright... i made another 180k with it, and kept it serviced. i bought the first garage, bought another two trucks, both used as they're cheap, and I got 2 drivers assigned to them. Now, I have been delivering a few, and I slept quite some time, yet my drivers have 0 to everything. Any suggestion why is that?

I have also experienced that many times, maybe because, when you hire a new driver and assign a truck to him , at the initial few hours (Game time) he couldn't start working even though he is a higher rated driver but after some time he will start doing his work and generate income for you.

You can buy any truck It may be cheap or expensive but make sure you hire higher rated drivers.

You Can Assign Trailer to your drivers if you want but it's not necessary or need of trailer..They will work fine...

One trailer for 1 driver is enough, when you use your own trailer , the trailer taxes are not applied to delivery and also you could customise your trailer and can do custom deliveries based on trailer type.

Yes ..you can assign the trailers to your drivers but any one truck is required to work with that trailer...

I actually allocated the trailer into a garage that had only one of my drivers located to it and on the next delivery the trailer was automatically assigned to the driver

Yes..you can give your drivers a new truck.. after selling the old one...but make sure to give them a new truck as early as possible.. because they believe that there is no profit to work with you and suddenly they leave .

Yes .. But Still the Fact is , if we have both garage and truck as well as hired Driver , Then they will start work and or you will start earning with them.

@@legendsgamingquipo Well, that's what you want to achieve first as a new player, to hire a driver. For that you need a truck and a garrage slot. If you buy first garrage, you're not helping yourself to get a truck, but if you buy a truck first, then doing jobs with that truck will make you more money, therefore cutting the time it takes to get also a garrage.

Yeah Right...Step 1 - it's Obvious to buy Your First Truck to Earn More..Also You Have Your First Garage Already By Default with 1 slot only... Step 2 - Further You can Upgrade it , Add more Trucks ,Hire Drivers ,Buy Custom Trailers...As per Garage max slot limit . The Video That you have commented previously and now will Guide you About Step 2 . Step 1 is Obvious And Recommended.

Maybe you couldn't do it with one truck... because hiring drivers you need additional trucks and vacant slots in your garage and if you have only one truck , by default it will get assigned to you.. that means try to buy new trucks and upgrade the garage..

Rating comes purely from your skills. if you raise 1 skill to max, you get 5.0 rating. Then when you raise the rest, each by 1 lvl you get 6.X 7.X 8.X 9.X 10.0 So what do i have to do, to get excellent drivers-for-hire like you? I tried everything myself. The only theory i have, is that there is a recruitment "Hubs", in central Europe, when found , would unlock the excellent drivers for hire.

I mean with a trailer they are unprofitable and they make like -130 euro for a job instead doing 200€ . Sorry for my bad english 😅

If Your Hired Drivers Have Low Ratings Dont Give Them Trailers Because it's Not Very Profitable. If You Give Them Trailer They Choose Specific Type of Jobs According To Assigned Trailer Specs. But Without Assigning Trailer They have Wide Range Of Choices. Ex. The Refrigarated Trailers Can Not Carry Cargo like Pipes , Fireworks , Flammable Liquids , etc While Flatbed Trailers Does. I Think You Understand it now .

Explore More Recruitment Agencies, Hire more drivers as you can and give them truck . When your Hired Driver's level up or their rating increases, then you will get Good Drives to hire at Recruitment Agency. And Make Sure Your Profile level and rating are Good or Higher.
