I am trying to hire but seems like everyone want to be so. “independent”. She is so right first person I hired I did not have time to train her. I was so stressed out. Yes hire on down season. Do not trust no employee ever!! True😅 Sometimes I wonder is hiring is even worth it. But I do have a virtual assistant and 2 nurses on my team. Yes have your paperwork together and legal documents. Everything she said was 💯true from beginning to the end! 💯💪🏾

I didn't expect to hear the tip about not hiring people to do services you don't provide yourself. Never thought of that! I'm nowhere near ready to hire yet. Hi Ayana! First of all, excellent video with great information 🙂 but how would you pay your contractors? What commission rate is fair for you and them? Would you pay Hourly on top of Commission & Tips

This would depend on your services, overhead, marketing, and how much it costs to run your practice - and consider tips too - but ask yourself how much would be acceptable to you in you were coming in and working for your business + got tips?
