Very useful video because these are real third shot drops against drive returns unlike videos where people start with a weak kitchen opener to you.

I think having the paddle closer to parallel with the ground will help me avoid flicking the paddle as much. I see myself doing that a lot when under pressure, so going to drill this today. I don’t think I can confidently lock my wrist with the paddle tip down, so I’ll try paying closer attention to my paddle angle.

Very interesting about the advantages of a wide paddle for this. I was just about to buy a new Selkirk and was going back and forth between the epic and Invicta. I always thought pointing down to do the drops but I can see that this may not be the best idea

Question - Shea, do you believe the technique for Ben's 3rd shot drop is exactly the same as he uses for his 3rd shot drop in doubles?

How do you hit 100 shots in 2 minutes? That's basically 1.2 shot per second!

Turning the frequency all the way up to 10! There’s a clip of it at 7 in the video but it’s in random mode. If you set it to one spot and turn it up to 10 it’s very doable
