@@tennisfitapp I've had ATP coaches and ITF players coaching me before and they were not great teachers... they didn't teach me how to use the WHOLE BODY and legs for effortless power ...so I love the fact you do that... please keep teaching like that. And I know all the theory and what to do.. i just don't know how to use whole body...so it's great you explain that

@@tennisfitapp great lesson. Could you briefly discuss a tip how to stay loose on the swing? I noticed the guys that can really blast the forehand, swing very fast and very lose. I can do that in the drills but is much more difficult in live points for the fear of mistiming and hitting the fence. Specially, how do the do this on the high ball? Thanks

Hi Chris, you can do, but I prefer to recommend either tennis wall ( i train on wall a lot!) :-) or if you have a chance of ball machine, but yeah to start with you can also just start with shadowing or self feeding....then best to apply it when you play with your hitting partner...
