In this video I am going to explain how to hit sixes with lather and tennis ball. Most of you want to know about drills and practice method.
In cricket power hitting is very important in modern cricket
Power hitting skill is not just about smacking the ball as hard as you can; it is about mastering the physics in using the kinetic energy of the bat to exert the right force in reversing the direction of the incoming ball and lofting it over the boundary line. While having the right physical fitness, bat weight, batting grip, hand-eye coordination, head, body, & leg movements, etc. are key elements in the classical coaching books, let us look at dissecting the parameters that come into action while playing a power shot.

Mine was highest 3 sixes in a over, but the good thing is that sixes brings us to the final from semi final, we need 21 runs in last 5 balls to win i missed the first ball there after 6 than 4 than 6 than finish with 6, awesome memory of 13 april 2011, but we lost the final, in final match I caught out in just 11 runs out of 15 balls including no boundary in the account, we only made 100 runs in 15 over than opposite team was won by 8 wickets & finished the match in just 7.5 overs.
