First off, you're going to start off "ripping your serve like normal". Hehe from this "world-class athlete!" Love you Grant and you Are turning me into a better tennis player! 😊

Great video as always. Just wish you had mentioned one thing which is so difficult to do and that is how do you prevent premature overrotation? For most of is rec players ( I'm guessing from what I've seen) the problem is that when we rotate the hips during the toss to achieve that pro coil , the body wants to uncoil completely the other way as soon as we get to contact. The pros on the other hand are able to delay the full uncoil until after they've completed the up and out swing at contact. This is the reason they can hit down and out while others hit across and sideways contact. This is also why you see recs bodyweight falling sideways instead of forward, even when the toss is ok. Hope I'm clear.

Very instructive, as always. Watching RF at contact his left hand comes across his chest and goes under his right armpit. This means his chest has stopped rotating. Most rec players, including me, try to keep rotating the shoulders in an attempt to get more power, but in fact, lose power, as the right arm cannot accelerate past the right shoulder. Is this a correct assessment? Could you clarify this action for us, and give us some drills to assist?

Hello! I love your video. But comparing a deuce serve and ad serve is really misleading. It would have been better to compare apple to apple

Why did TX want to host the WTA finals if there are no fans in the stands?
