I started learning tennis with the continental. Couple months in and I was naturally playing with an eastern (I didn't even know what a grip position was). Nowadays I play the FH with a semiwestern and it's perfect.

That's what is confusing for me also. It sounds like he is saying best grip for backhand is A and best grip for forehand is B. It implies that you should change the grip between backhand and forehand but how would you have time for that in a game?

Try grabbing racket with your second hand after every shot. Then use this hand to rotate the racket to set proper grip when preparing for the next shot.

For kick serve u said turn toward eastern for more kick. Its toward eastern forehand or eastern back hand?😊

Eastern backhand. It was more common for pros of the 80-90s.
