Respectfully, none ofthis follows manufacturers recommendations. Porcelain etch should only sit on emax crowns for 20 sec, not a minute (this will lead to weaker bonding). Then silane should sit in crown for 1 minute before airdrying the solvent out, not being airdried immediately. And finally scotchbond does not need to be added to the crowns, only the preps, as that is what the silane is for. But I suppose if that's what's working for you, then you do you. I do, however, like the jig you used for preparing multiple crowns.

I think you may be thinking of monobond. This protocol has worked well for me.

What percent of HydroFlouric acid was applied? Isnt it 10-20secs of application?
