thanks very much ! Our club , however, is near leicester. Might i suggest looking up the Fitzroy Lodge boxing club - one of my friends is a coach there and they are a good club that get good results.

@@Boxercise Oh okay, I'm familiar with the lodge but I'll be looking to stay at a smaller gym for my early development then step up to a bigger, more reputable club when I've got the skills to command the attention of the coaches. Bigger clubs are infamous for not being so attentive with their lesser boxer, unfortunately.

Yes certainly it's a washing line with a bungy cord at the end so the ball moves up and down as well as side to side. The ball is light so a washing line is strong enough .
