Appreciated! I learned that more line, not less is used to make this connection. I learned that a guitar string pull wire is as effective as a reverse latch needle and even has the advantage of length. I learned that snapping the line taut isn't a necessary part of the procedure. I appreciate that having a reel fixed to a bench with a slight brake set on the reel controls line tension while doing the work.
